Principles of Personal Data Processing
Information for Applicants Requesting a Price Quote
The data controller, Lesarb Company s.r.o., ID No. 04723805, registered at Braunerova 563/7, Prague 8 – 180 00, hereby informs the applicant, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on personal data protection, about how, for what purpose, and which personal data provided by the applicant is processed.
Processed Personal Data
Personal data sent via email to any of the addresses listed under Contacts or filled out in one of the forms on www.lesarb.cz will be processed based on the applicant's voluntary consent under the following conditions:
- The processed data includes all personal information voluntarily provided by the applicant, especially name and surname, contact addresses, expected place of delivery, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- The purpose of data processing is to allow the data controller to prepare the requested price quote and related documents and deliver them to the applicant.
Data Retention Period
The applicant acknowledges and agrees that the submitted data will be stored in the database of processed offers maintained by the data controller. The consent for processing is granted for a period of 3 years.
Reasons for Providing Personal Data
The provision of personal data is necessary due to the applicant’s interest in specific goods and/or services. It also allows the data controller to keep records of the applicant's contact details in relation to processed offers. Without this data, it would not be possible to prepare and discuss price offers with the applicant.
Processing Method & Data Security
- The processing of personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling.
- The data controller has not appointed a data protection officer, has not authorized any third-party processors, and does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries, international organizations, or any entities other than those specified above.
Applicant’s Rights
The applicant has the right to:
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
- Request access to their personal data.
- Request correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing.
- Object to the processing of their personal data.
- Request the transfer of their data to another controller.
- File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the data controller is violating applicable regulations.

Complaints Process
If the applicant wishes to file a complaint regarding the activities of the data controller or recipient of personal data, they can do so:

The complaint must clearly state the identity of the applicant and the subject of the complaint. If the data controller requests additional information, the applicant must provide it within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the complaint will not be processed. The processing period for complaints is 30 days from the first working day after receipt or after any required additional information is provided. The controller will process complaints without undue delay.
